who we are
Company name, address, Bulgaria, UIC 000000000, is the controller for this website. Contact: [email protected].
this website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other servers. The only thing it stores is the Pro launch sign-up below, if you use it. Fonts and images are served from labelpipe.app.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for 14 days to keep the site secure, then deletes them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed, at most 2 years later.
news about labelpipe Pro
If you sign up to hear when labelpipe Pro launches, we keep your email address and the time you confirmed it, on our own server, to send you one email when Pro is available. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We send a confirmation link first; an address that is not confirmed within 48 hours is deleted. Every email has a link to take you off the list, which deletes the address at once. We delete the list after the launch email has gone out, at the latest 12 months after you signed up. We use no mailing service: the emails are sent from our own mail account.
labelpipe on your server
labelpipe Free runs on your own server. We do not receive the data you print, and the software does not send us usage data. You are the controller for that data. The optional Labelary preview, if you turn it on, sends label content to labelary.com, and the app asks first.
When an administrator accepts the licence agreement in labelpipe, the install keeps a record of the licence version, that administrator's name and email address, and the time, also after the user is deleted, as proof of acceptance. The record stays on your server; we do not receive it.
downloads
Docker images are downloaded from GitHub Container Registry, run by GitHub, Inc. GitHub's privacy statement applies to those downloads.
