labelpipe Free licence agreement

Draft. This text is waiting for the company's details and a review by a Bulgarian lawyer. Items in purple are placeholders.

The setup in the app shows this text and records who accepted it and when. Version free-2026-11-06.

1. Who this agreement is with

This agreement is between you (the organisation that installs labelpipe Free) and Company name, registered address, UIC/EIK, Bulgaria (“we”). By installing or using labelpipe Free you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the software.

2. What you may do

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use labelpipe Free, for your own internal business purposes, on servers you control:

  • one organisation per install;
  • up to 500 labels or documents a day, and the other limits of the Free edition shown on the Usage page (1 site, 3 active users, 5 printers, 1 integration client, 30 days of job history);
  • you may make backups and run test copies for your own use.

3. What you may not do

  • Remove, bypass or change the daily cap, the edition limits or the licence checks.
  • Sell, rent, sublicense or host labelpipe for third parties (for example as a hosted service).
  • Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction.
  • Remove copyright notices or the labelpipe name.

Open-source components inside labelpipe keep their own licences, which are listed in the app under About → Licences. Nothing here limits your rights under those licences.

4. Your data

labelpipe Free runs on your server. Your templates, labels, documents and users stay there; we do not receive them. labelpipe sends nothing to us. The optional Labelary preview, if you turn it on, sends label content to labelary.com, and the app asks for your consent first.

5. Updates and support

We may publish updates, but we do not have to. labelpipe Free comes with community support only, with no response times.

6. No warranty

labelpipe Free is free and is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Check printed prices, barcodes and labels before you use them.

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and where the law does not allow a limit. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, business interruption or indirect damage. Lawyer to confirm wording under the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act.

8. Ending the licence

You can stop at any time by uninstalling labelpipe. The licence ends automatically if you breach section 3. You must then stop using the software.

9. Upgrading to Pro

labelpipe Pro is sold under separate terms. A Pro licence key removes the Free limits on the install it is issued for.

10. Changes

A new version of labelpipe may come with a new version of this agreement, which the app asks you to accept. The version you accepted applies to the version you installed.

11. Law

Bulgarian law applies. The courts in Sofia have jurisdiction.
