labelpipe Free gives you the full visual designer for labels and A4/A5 documents, PDF and Zebra ZPL printing, CSV and Excel import, and a REST API, running on your own server with one Docker command. It includes up to 500 labels or documents a day, 1 site, 3 active users, 5 printers, 1 integration and 30 days of job history. Google sign-in and two-step verification are included. Your data never leaves your server.

labelpipe Pro removes every Free limit and connects labelpipe to the rest of your business: ERP and SAP connectors, webhooks, automatic imports, approvals before templates go live, an audit log, a usage dashboard, remote print agents and company sign-in (Entra ID, Okta, SAML). Pro can also import existing Crystal Reports layouts into the designer. It runs on your own server with an offline licence key, billed monthly or annually, with email support.

What happens at 500 a day?
A print job that would go over the limit is refused as a whole, and the person printing is told when the limit resets: at midnight in the time zone the server was set up with. Nothing is half printed. Previews in the designer do not count. The API answers 429 with a Retry-After header.
What happens at the other limits?
The New button for stores, users, printers or API clients is greyed out and says why. What you have is kept. Deactivate a user or disable a printer to free a place. Print jobs older than 30 days are deleted every night.
Does Free expire?
No. It has no trial period and no account.
Can I move from Free to Pro?
Yes. When Pro launches, you add a licence key to the install you already have. Templates, printers and history stay as they are.
Why pay for Pro?
Free is for one store and a small team. Pro is for businesses that print at scale: no limits, connectors to SAP and other systems, approvals before templates go live, an audit log, single sign-on, print agents in the stores, and email support.
Is there a cloud version?
Not yet. labelpipe Studio and labelpipe Ops will be the cloud editions, later.
